When you are using Programmer Studio, you can quickly
check to see of you are using the latest version by selecting Product
Updates from the Help menu. If you are not using the
latest version, you will be provided with a link to download the
appropriate upgrade.
Support
We provide free email and telephone support to all
of our customers and evaluators using the latest versions of our
software.
As new releases often fix many
issues, many callers will be recommended to first upgrade to the
latest release to check if the problem has been rectified. Additionally,
if a fix to the software is required, then is will only be added
in to a subsequent release of the software. For both of these reasons,
for best support it is strongly recommended that you take out our
Subscription Program below to keep current with the latest versions.

Subscription Program
Following from purchase of a license, you are entitled
to download and run any new releases or versions released during
the 12 month warranty period. After this period, we strongly recommend
the Subscription Program as the lowest cost solution to keeping
current with new releases and versions of Programmer Studio.
With the Subscription Program, you are entitled to
upgrade to any new releases or versions of the licensed Software
released during the described term of the Subscription Program.
The Subscription Program costs $100 per annum per copy licensed.
Shortly before the end of your warranty period, Whisper
Technology will email you to offer the Subscription Program. If
you would prefer to pre-order the Subscription Program, please email

For existing Programmer Studio users (those running
versions 2.x or 3.x) Programmer Studio version 4 presents an exciting
advance in features. However it is important for existing users
to be aware of differences and possible conflicts between the existing
